Newsletter privacy

This notice explains how Frondea uses information when you join our newsletter.

What you provide

We use your email address, a record of your consent, and your confirmation and subscription status to manage your newsletter subscription.

Why we use it

The newsletter shares Frondea growing notes, plant news and offers. We send it on the basis of your consent. To subscribe, you choose the consent checkbox and confirm your email address through a confirmation email.

Services we use

Brevo provides our signup forms, subscription list and newsletter emails. Cloudflare provides our website and spam protection. These services receive the information needed to operate the signup and newsletter, including necessary technical information such as IP addresses and browser information.

You can read more in Brevo’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Your choices and contact

You can unsubscribe using the link in each newsletter. To request access to, correction or deletion of your information, restriction of its use or a portable copy, or to withdraw your consent, contact Frondea at [email protected]. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier use.

You can also complain to your data protection authority. The European Commission explains your data protection rights.

How long we keep it

We keep active subscription details while you subscribe. After you unsubscribe, we retain only records needed to document consent, resolve delivery issues and honour your opt-out.

Unconfirmed requests are not added to the newsletter list. Their confirmation links expire after 30 days, but signup and delivery logs may remain in Brevo. You can contact us to request deletion.
